Privacy Policy

Campos Construction, Inc. values the privacy of those who visit our Web site and communicate with us online. We think it is important for you to understand when and why we collect personally identifiable information and how we may use it. This Privacy Policy describes our data collection and use policies. We encourage you to read the entire Privacy Policy before providing any personally identifiable information to us.

We collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address, only if you provide this information to us voluntarily. This voluntary information we collect is used to respond to your requests. We do not share, sell or transfer your personal information with third parties, except for authorized law enforcement investigations. We may also use this information to communicate with you to send announcements and other information via e-mail. There will always be a way to opt-out from mailings.

For site management and statistical purposes, we collect information through standard Web logs. These Web logs contain the domain name or IP address from which you connect to our site, the date and time you access the site, search terms, and the pages visited. We make periodic checks of the types of browsers/operating systems used and of the pages from which you direct-link to our site. We regularly delete raw data logs from the system. We create summary statistics from the Web logs in order to measure the number of visitors to the various sections of our site and to help make the site more useful.

To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, this website collects aggregated site-visitation statistics using cookies. We do not under normal circumstances track individuals’ use of the site.

When someone visits the site, a cookie is placed on the customer’s machine (if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited the site previously.

Web beacons, also known as clear gif technology, or action tags, assist in delivering the cookie occasionally. This technology tells us how many visitors clicked on key elements (such as links or graphics) on a Campos Construction Web page. We do not use this technology to access your personally identifiable information on camposconstruction.com; it is a tool we use to compile aggregated statistics about the camposconstruction.com web site usage. We do not share tracking information outside of Campos Construction, Inc, and do not allow other companies to place clear gifs on our sites.

If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from the CamposConstruction.com web site, you will be able to view the text on the screens, however you may not experience a personalized visit nor will you be able to subscribe to some of the service offerings on the site.

We will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law, when responding to a lawful court order or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the Campos Construction, Inc.;
  • Protect and defend the rights or property of the Campos Construction, Inc. website;
  • Act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Campos Construction, Inc. website, or the public.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post changes on this page so that you are always aware of the information we collect and how we use it.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
